1 · What this site is

origintrace.app is the public information surface for the OriginTrace platform operated by SYSMERA LIMITED. Platform access, data, and operational features are governed by separate agreements with participating cooperatives, exporters, and partners.

2 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not explicitly authorised to use
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on this site
• Scrape, crawl, or automate bulk interactions with the site without prior written permission
• Introduce malware, attempt to probe for vulnerabilities, or overload our systems

3 · Intellectual property

The OriginTrace name, the mandala mark, the tagline "Coffee Provenance", all page copy, design, and source materials on this site are the intellectual property of SYSMERA LIMITED and/or its partners.

Reproduction, redistribution, or use of the mark or the platform source requires written permission.

Cooperative names, district names, and factual references to participating organisations remain the property of those organisations.

4 · Information accuracy

The public information on this site is a summary. It is accurate to the best of our knowledge at publication but is not a contractual offer and is subject to change without notice.

Only figures confirmed in a signed pilot or services agreement are binding between the parties.

5 · Integration & API access

We do not publish public API endpoints, batch-identifier formats, or data schemas. Any integration access is granted per-partner after fit assessment and under a separate Integration Agreement.

6 · Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYSMERA disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

7 · Limitation of liability

SYSMERA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fifty United States dollars.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Kigali, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
